Nevada Legal Services is proud to provide free legal advice and representation to protect the rights of low-income, homeless, and at-risk veterans.
Through strong partnerships with non-profit veteran service organizations, the VA, and the Nevada Attorney General’s Office of Military Legal Assistance, veterans in need are frequently referred to NLS for legal assistance concerning housing, veteran’s benefits, consumer issues, record sealing, simple estate planning, family law, and more.
Veterans are also able to contact any of our offices directly, and NLS regularly hosts Ask-A-Lawyer clinics at VA healthcare facilities to further increase access to legal assistance.
