Senior Accountant - Las Vegas Office

Nevada Legal Services has an opening in our Las Vegas office for a Senior Accountant to work closely with our in-house Accounts Payable Administrator and outside Comptroller service to meet the needs of our growing organization. The Senior Accountant will have primary responsibility for day-to-day accounting functions, including reconciliation, fund allocations, month-end and year-end closing tasks, preparation of financial statements, maintaining financial controls and records, and preparing invoices and requests for reimbursement for various grants. Southern nevada - Staff attorney Position

Staff Attorney - Ryan White/HIV Impact Project - Las Vegas

Northern nevada - Staff attorney Position

Staff Attorney - Indian Law Project - Northern Nevada

Nevada Legal Services has an opening for an attorney to join our Indian Law Project. The Indian Law Project serves the 27 tribes within the State of Nevada, providing a wide range of services to both tribal members and tribal governments based upon the needs expressed by each community. Project attorneys assist tribal governments in ICWA matters and act as public defender in a number of tribal jurisdictions. Attorneys also serve individual tribal members in a wide variety of legal matters including eviction defense, estate planning, dependency representation, and economic development activities. 

This position can be based in any of our northern Nevada offices located in Reno, Carson City, Yerington, or Elko. Travel between NLS offices and/or to outlying communities may be required to meet the needs of our clients.
