Tenants' Rights Center
Nevada Legal Services is a private, non-profit law firm whose mission is to provide high-quality civil legal assistance for all low-income individuals throughout Nevada. The Tenants’ Rights Centers are funded through the Legal Services Corporation and donations from community partners.
Nevada Legal Services’ Tenants’ Rights Centers provides free civil legal services and legal education about a variety of landlord tenant matters to tenants who do not live in subsidized housing – meaning there is no federal subsidy attached to the rental. Legal service provided by the Tenant’s Rights Counselor ranges from advice to preparation of pro se forms depending on the scope of the problem, staff availability and where you live.
