Tenants' Rights Center

Nevada Legal Services is a private, non-profit law firm whose mission is to provide high-quality civil legal assistance for all low-income individuals throughout Nevada. The Tenants’ Rights Centers are funded through the Legal Services Corporation and donations from community partners.
Nevada Legal Services’ Tenants’ Rights Centers provides free civil legal services and legal education about a variety of landlord tenant matters to tenants who do not live in subsidized housing – meaning there is no federal subsidy attached to the rental. Legal service provided by the Tenant’s Rights Counselor ranges from advice to preparation of pro se forms depending on the scope of the problem, staff availability and where you live.

  • Information and resources related to eviction moratoriums
Please note:  The Tenants’ Rights Center cannot help you with criminal legal matters or criminal/traffic warrants.

If you are not able to come to an office, please call the nearest Nevada Legal Services office, complete an intake online by clicking on the link to our Online Intake portal above, or complete a phone intake.  Please leave a message and a good number to call you back on if you are not able to reach us when you call.
