At Nevada Legal Services, we also have a wide range of issues that can be addressed through the Pro Bono Program.  Family Law, Bankruptcy and Wills are some of the most common areas that our pro bono attorneys take on.  By completing an intake through our website, in person, or over the phone, we can review your case and schedule you for a free consultation at one of our many Ask A Lawyer events.  There are several events offered weekly! They are currently being held virtually, and appointments fill quickly.  So, be sure to complete the intake as soon as possible. 

After the Ask a Lawyer, we can evaluate your case to see if it would be appropriate to refer for case placement with one of our pro bono volunteers who will help you without you having to pay attorney’s fees!

Throughout the year, there are also various law fairs and community outreach events where you can be advised on criminal record sealing, estate planning, employment law, name change, public benefits, family law, and bankruptcy.
