Nevada Legal Services has been working to provide equal access to justice for low-income Nevadans for over 40 years.
As Nevada’s only statewide nonprofit legal aid provider serving all 17 counties across the State, our team of caring advocates provide critical legal assistance to thousands of our community’s most vulnerable residents each year to address poor living conditions, illegal evictions, wrongful public benefit denials, veterans needs, elder law, consumer issues, barriers to housing or employment, tribal matters, and more. Â
We are only able to provide this vital public service free of charge through a combination of grants and the generosity of people like you. Â
The Claggett & Sykes Charitable Foundation believes in the value of ensuring fairness in our legal system for all Nevadans. That’s why they have pledged to match donations made to Nevada Legal Services from September 27 through November 4, 2023, dollar for dollar up to $25,000.Â
