The Senior Law Project (SLP) provides free legal services to Nevadans 60 years and older.  The SLP is the only program of its kind that serves older adults in the entire state of Nevada.  The staff attorneys of the project provide a wide range of legal assistance depending on the individuals’ needs.  The services offered through the SLP include counsel and advice, brief service to resolve a specific issue, preparation of legal documents, representation in court, among other things.  Although our attorneys are prepared to tackle a wide range of legal issues, estate planning including advance directives are the hot topics most seniors want to discuss.

We are at the Lovelock Senior Center on 5th Tuesday of April, July, & September only. By appointment only, to schedule an appointment, please contact the Senior Center. A completed intake is required in advance of the appointment.
